This mix can be made into so many different things eg. Pizza Base, GF Loaf Bread, Savoury Scone etc
Add 90g Sweetener to make Cinnamon scrolls or a sweet dough:
Method Cinnamon scrolls or sweet dough base:
Pre heat oven to 165*C, grease or line a pie tin or medium round cake tin.
In your bowl place warm water, honey and yeast, lightly mix and set aside for 10mins
Add dry mix, eggs, butter and 90g Sweetener (eg erythritol, stevia, monk fruit) to your yeast mixture and mix well.
If making Cinnamon Scrolls roll mixture out between 2 sheets of baking powder, brush over 20g melted butter and sprinkle a mixture of 2 tsp cinnamon and 2 heaped Tbsp of sweetener over dough leaving a strip at the top clear so the dough will stick to itself when rolled
Using the baking paper start rolling dough, cut into rounds and place mixture into desired baking tin.
Leave to rise for 1 hour.
Bake for 20-25mins or until cooked.
When cooled on a wire rack drizzle over 100mls coconut cream and 100gs of melted no sugar white chocolate baking bits
