Shipping policy

ORDERING - These Items are for preorder - preorder will close on Sunday's at 6pm unless sold out prior, there will be a limit on stock, and I will aim (all going well - no guarantees) to get orders on the courier on Wednesdays or available for pick up from Springvale Hill 139 Springvale Road on Monday at 3.00 pm

We take every care when packing your order as many of our products are fragile. Your order will be packaged to be protected it on its journey.  We then rely on a third party courier to deliver your order in the same condition it leaves us. If your order is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately.  Please email us with photographic evidence and provide full details of condition/damage. Please do NOT dispose of any items until advised to by us as we are often required to return these to the courier for inspection.
